The Streets of America hosts Disney's Hollywood Studios Christmas decorations, having moved in (and significantly changed) The Osborne Family Spectacle Of Dancing Lights, presented by Sylvania. Get that?
I first saw the Lights in December 2006, and was impressed. Video can be found on my Video Page. They added more and different colored lights, more varied tuneage, and I'm not sure they improved it. (I think it's a combination of two things. First, they never should have started to use traditional Christmas Carols as dancing lights music. Second, the Streets of America never get...dark. One of the striking features I noticed in 2006, was the way they used dark and light to show movement up and down or from one side of the street to the other. With the lights on almost all the time now, and the buildings changing from one color to another (rather than dark to light), it's more music video than dancing lights...)

The Hollywood Holly-Day Parade no longer exists, (nor does the Disney Stars and Motor Cars Parade for that matter,) having been replaced with the Block Party Bash, a Pixar Parade, straight from California Adventure...
The Holly-Day Parade was the Christmas version of the Disney Stars and Motor Cars Parade, where the Fab Four get tossed out of the Rolls at the end of the parade, in favor of some fat guy in red...
